Data Retention
Churches control their own data. Care tickets and search logs retained for ministry purposes only. Members can request deletion at any time.
Terms of Service
Church Responsibilities

- Respond to care tickets in a timely manner
- Ensure sermon content complies with copyright
- Maintain appropriate care team staffing
Platform Responsibilities
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA
- Provide evidence-linked, accurate results
- Protect member privacy and data security
- Support care routing and ticket management
Acceptable Use
This platform is for ministry purposes only. Prohibited uses include:
- Surveillance or behavioral tracking of members
- Sharing member data outside the church
- Using AI to replace human pastoral care
- Uploading content that violates copyright
Security
Data Encryption
All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Keys managed with industry best practices.
Access Control
Role-based permissions. Multi-factor authentication. Audit logs for all admin actions.
Incident Response
24/7 monitoring. Incident response plan. Breach notification within 72 hours.
