Timestamped sources
Every moment and answer points back to the message with clear timestamps and approved citations. If we cannot verify it from your church's library, we say so.
Always-current guidance
Time-bound content expires. Policies can be versioned. Superseded guidance routes to what is current so outdated information does not keep circulating.
Consent-first help routing
When someone needs support, the system routes them to the right team only with explicit consent. Care activity is tracked as a ticket so follow-up is accountable.
Transparent AI
AI assists. Humans lead. When AI rewrites feedback for respectful tone, it is labeled. We do not hide automation behind vague language.
